Reporting

Organizations that benefit from a grant from the Weston group of companies are accountable for the use of those funds. Once a grant has been awarded, grantees must submit a report detailing how successful they were in achieving their stated goals and objectives.

The Healthy Active Kids Grant Report is designed to provide an overview of your program, as well as outline costs and give specific details about the activities you have provided with our donation. To complete the report please click here. This report should be completed by the date stipulated in your payment letter.

In addition to a formal statement and final budget that summarizes the results that were achieved with our funding, we encourage all grantees to provide quotes and images in their final report.
